Service Terms
These terms outline the scope of work, asset rights, and payment structure for our one-time website design projects. By proceeding with your project, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.
Project Deliverables
Deliverables include a personalized website concept, a high-fidelity interactive demo, and a final, fully responsive site. The project is completed upon the customer's approval of the final deliverable and the handoff of the site to the client.
Asset Rights
Upon completion of the project, the client owns all rights, title, and interest in the completed website and all deliverables. InstaSite retains no ownership rights to the final product after the handoff process is finalized.
Payment Terms
The project fee is $995, payable as a one-time flat fee. This fee covers all design, development, and technical implementation work. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, and paid apps are the client's responsibility and are not included in the project price.
